Professor Graham also authored a number of books, including Canada카지노 게임 컬렉션s leading textbook on managing public money, Canadian Public Sector Financial Management

Before arriving at Queen카지노 게임 컬렉션s Graham had a distinguished career in the public sector, serving as an Assistant Deputy Minister for 14 years in the federal government with over 30 years of overall service. His career included stints as the Warden of Kingston Penitentiary and as Senior Deputy Commissioner of the Correctional Service of Canada.

He also served as the President of the Professional Association of Public Executives (APEX) and as a member of the editorial board for the Canadian Public Administration Journal.
