The Queen카지노 게임 컬렉션�s community is remembering Professor Emeritus Andrew Graham, a long-time adjunct professor in the School of Policy Studies, who died April 18.

At Queen카지노 게임 컬렉션�s, Professor Graham, or 카지노 게임 컬렉션�Andy카지노 게임 컬렉션� as he was known to his students, was a cornerstone of the Master of Public Administration and Professional Master of Public Administration program, designing and delivering courses on leadership, financial management, policy implementation, risk management, and police governance.

Professor Graham also authored a number of books, including Canada카지노 게임 컬렉션�s leading textbook on managing public money, Canadian Public Sector Financial Management. 

Before arriving at Queen카지노 게임 컬렉션�s Graham had a distinguished career in the public sector, serving as an Assistant Deputy Minister for 14 years in the federal government with over 30 years of overall service. His career included stints as the Warden of Kingston Penitentiary and as Senior Deputy Commissioner of the Correctional Service of Canada.

He also served as the President of the Professional Association of Public Executives (APEX) and as a member of the editorial board for the Canadian Public Administration Journal.

Upon his retirement from active teaching this past February, Graham was named Professor Emeritus and made a Matthews Fellow within the School of Policy Studies.    

Flags on campus will be lowered in his memory on Monday, April 25.
