Bio
Dr. Manous is a civil and environmental engineer specializing in the areas of water resources and environmental security issues associated with water. Previously, he served as Academy Professor and Environmental Engineering Program Director at the Unites States Military Academy at West Point. As Director of the Institute for Water Resources, he oversees a multi-disciplinary Field Operating Agency that supports USACE카지노 게임 컬렉션™s Civil Works (water resources) missions.
