Our research at the iStudio focuses on the intersection between Physical Computing and e-textiles in the area of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). Our suite of state-of-the-art equipment and digital fabrication machines support designing with, not only MakerSpace equipment (e.g., laser-cutting, 3D-printing/scanning, etc), but also cutting-edge digital embroidery/sewing, digital knitting, and digital weaving technology.
