Josephine is the Executive Director of the . She is the former CEO of a charity in the social services sector, worked at , has worked in the energy industry, and on wide-ranging scientific research & development projects. She is a champion of science literacy and has taught liberal education at .

She recently founded ChangentYYC, which empowers diverse youth to become change agents.
